On Monday, candidates were able to pick up nominating petitions from the Davidson County Election Commission in order to qualify for local elections.
One of my favorite things about the week was taking the time to work with my team and be all over the county visiting with voters at small businesses and events across Nashville to collect the signatures we need to be on the ballot in August. It’s been great to see friends and supporters all over the city come out to greet us.
The time we’ve invested has given people the opportunity to raise new concerns, share valuable insights, and bring their communities to conversations where people gather anyway.

After I hand in the paperwork on Monday, we want to kick up our heels with you - the supporters who made it happen - and celebrate that a Better Nashville will be on the ballot.
